Horizon Printing and Mailing has been in business in Austin for over 30 years, and is one of the largest locally owned print shops in Central Texas.

Our RMGT 8 Color LED UV perfector is the ideal press for political mail of all shapes and sizes. Here you can see it perfecting at a speed of 11,000 sheets. That speed yields 88,000 8.5x11 postcards - PER HOUR!

Capable of speeds up to 65,000 units per hour, our Kirk Rudy Phoenix inkjet is the fastest inkjet on our floor - and in Texas. It's not the only inkjet we have though, as we have two of every type of machine on our floor. Presses, cutters, folders, inserters, and inkjets.

Our 40" Mitsubishi Diamond Press boasts 6 units + a UV Coater. Horizon has been a UV shop since 2005. UV inks cure instantly, allowing us to move immediately from press room to bindery without dry time. This means our rush mailers arrive at the post office looking flawless every time.

This is our Iridesse 6 color Ultra High Definition Digital Press. Its variable data / imaging capabilities enable us to print and address mail in-line. So once the piece is printed, all we have to do is trim and then drop at USPS.

Here's one shift worth of cover stock. The RMGT 8 color absolutely tears through paper and keeps our bindery on their toes, trying to keep up!
